DeltaQuad Joins Dutch Coalition for Defence and Security (DCDS)

By signing the Partners for International Business (PIB) covenant today, DeltaQuad has officially joined the Dutch Coalition for Defence and Security (DCDS), alongside 26 other Dutch defence and security companies.
This three-year partnership opens new opportunities for collaboration between the Netherlands and Finland in defence and aerospace, particularly significant as both nations strengthen their roles within NATO's Joint Expeditionary Force (JEF).
We are excited to:
Team up with Finland's deeptech defence industry
Support JEF capabilities with our VTOL drone expertise
Build strategic partnerships with Finnish defence innovators
Contribute to the Netherlands' growing intelligent systems sector
Participate in trade missions and technology exchanges
Advance autonomous flight capabilities for defence applications
Our participation aligns with the policy strategy of the Ministry of Defence, the Defence Strategy for Industry and Innovation (D-SII), particularly in "Sensors and Intelligent Systems," where our AI-driven autonomous drones add strategic value in the European market.
We're looking forward to connecting with Finnish companies working on cutting-edge defence technologies, and exploring opportunities for collaboration and co-development. Together with the other members of our cluster, active on land, at sea and in the air, we work to strengthen European defence cooperation.
A special thanks to Netherlands Enterprise Agency (RVO), Netherlands Industries for Defence & Security (NIDV), and the Netherlands Embassy in Helsinki for making this initiative possible.
What’s Next?
Trade missions, technology exchanges and matchmaking events, bringing together the strengths of the Netherlands with Finland’s cutting-edge defence ecosystem.
As we look ahead, DeltaQuad remains dedicated to supporting the key priorities of the Defence Strategy for Industry and Innovation (D-SII). Our focus on advancing autonomous and intelligent systems aligns with the strategy’s emphasis on critical technologies such as sensors and intelligent systems. We aim to contribute to strengthening the Dutch Defence industry by turning innovative ideas into scalable production and capabilities. By collaborating across sectors: defence, industry and knowledge institutes. We strive to help realise the shared goals outlined in the annual action agendas by strengthening defence-sector autonomy capabilities.
