IT Systems Specialist

Are you someone who quickly masters new systems and is passionate about high-tech innovation? At DeltaQuad, a leading company in advanced UAV solutions, we seek an IT & Systems Specialist to support and optimize our internal systems.

The role

As an IT & Systems Specialist, you will be the driving force behind optimizing our IT processes. You’ll manage, streamline, and analyze our systems, including HubSpot, and support a wide range of IT tasks.

Your responsibilities include:

HubSpot Management
- Optimizing workflows and settings.
- Onboarding new employees in HubSpot.

Coordination of ERP and Quality Management Systems
- Managing accounts and system coordination.
- Collaborating with external vendors on system configurations.

Management of Other Tools:
- Managing and optimizing Google Drive, Front, and Personio.
- Generating data from systems (e.g., customer lists, inventory overviews with values).

IT Security and Office Management
- Ensuring IT security across our network and systems.
- Supporting on-site IT tasks and office workspace management.

What you bring

The ideal candidate:

  • Has expertise in IT systems, with knowledge of HubSpot (preferred).

  • Is curious and quick to master new systems.

  • Is analytically strong and can easily generate data from various systems.

  • Is pragmatic and solution-oriented with a hands-on approach.

  • Has experience with tools like Google Drive, Front, and Personio (preferred).

  • Is a strong communicator, fluent in Dutch and English.

  • Has an affinity for high-tech environments and technology such as UAVs.
