2. The role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide essential support across multiple departments, including Finance, HR, Legal, Compliance, and Facilities. This role will be pivotal in maintaining the smooth day-to-day operations of our Corporate Services, ensuring that every part of the business runs efficiently.


3. Key tasks and responsibilities

  • Financial Assistance: Handle daily financial tasks such as processing and checking invoices, managing basic bookkeeping, preparing payments, and following up on outstanding invoices. Assist in preparing and communicating financial results to internal teams.

  • HR Support: Help draft HR contracts and extensions, input HR information into our software, and assist in recruitment tasks such as screening resumes and scheduling interviews.

  • Facilities & Office Management: Coordinate the purchase and delivery of facilities-related items, ensuring the smooth operation of our offices.

  • Administrative Tasks: Schedule and coordinate internal meetings, maintain accurate files and records, and assist in preparing reports and presentations.

  • Corporate Services: Provide general support to the Head of Corporate Services, ensuring smooth operations across finance, HR, and facilities.


4. What you bring

  • Organizational Excellence: You are highly organized, with strong time-management skills, able to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

  • Financial Acumen: You have a basic understanding of financial processes, such as bookkeeping, invoice processing, and financial reporting.

  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word) and the ability to quickly adapt to new software.

  • Proactive Communication: You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Dutch and English, allowing you to communicate effectively across the company.

  • Team-Oriented: You thrive in a collaborative environment but are also comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
