2. The role

As a Project Manager at DeltaQuad, you will play a key role in delivering challenging, multidisciplinary projects within a fast-growing, international scale-up in drone technology. You provide structure, direction, and results: from initiation to implementation. Do you have experience leading (technical) projects, strong communication skills and the ability to mobilise teams and stakeholders? Then we’re looking for you.

Your work contributes to meaningful innovations that strengthen safety, resilience and response capabilities across Europe.

3. Key tasks and responsibilities

  • Lead (technical) projects from start to finish,monitoring timelines, resources, budgets, while ensuring quality standards are met.

  • Coordinate project teams and facilitate collaboration between internal departments and external partners.

  • Identify risks and bottlenecks and take proactive steps to mitigate them.

  • Maintain active communication with internal/external stakeholders and keep them informed on progress and outcomes.

  • Contribute to the ongoing professionalization of our project management approach and tools.

  • Report project status to management and advise on strategic decisions.

  • Foster a culture of ownership and continuous improvement within your projects.

4. What you bring

  • A completed bachelor’s or master’s degree in (technical) business administration, engineering, or project management.

  • 8+ years of relevant experience as a project manager, preferably in a technical or high-tech environment.

  • Experience with various project management methodologies.

  • Strong organisational and communication skills  in both Dutch and English.

  • A proactive attitude, analytical thinking, and the ability to set clear priorities.

  • You are result-oriented, resilient under pressure, and work in a structured way.

  • You are a team player who can bring people together and lead change.
